How to Download NTA UGC NET Admit Card 2019 Step By Step?


This year’s UGC NET June 2019 exam was announced by National testing Agency (NTA) which is going to conduct from 20 June to 28 June 2019. Exam will be in computer based mode only as decided by NTA last year. NTA is all set to release admit cards for UGC NET June 2019 exam on 15 May 2019.

UGC NET Admit Cards will be available to download on NTA’s official portal ntanet.nic.in, but as there will a huge number of traffic load happen on that day, we are going to show you all the steps to download admit card easily so that you will not be get hanged on their site for downloading hall tickets of UGC NET 2019 exam.

Steps to download UGC NET Admit Card 2019:

There will be two options provided to download the UGC NET hall tickets:

Option 1: Using your Application No. and Password
Option 2: Using your Application No. and DOB

As you can see, Application No. will be required to download the admit card, so keep your Application No. ready (which was provided during online application form filling) before start downloading the card.

Note: The admit card can only be downloaded via online mode, NTA is not going to send it to you offline.

Step 1 - Visit the official website of NTA in your web browser by typing this URL: www.ntanet.nic.in

Step 2 – You will find the links at the bottom of the website with two options we have already talked about above to download admit card, click on the desired option.

Step 3 - If you have clicked on 'Download Admit Card through Application No. and Password' then you will be redirected to this page:



If you have clicked on 'Download Admit Card through Application No. and Date of Birth' then you will be redirected to this page:



Step 4 – Now enter the asked credentials carefully and click on submit button. Make sure to check you have entered correct credentials.

Step 5 – Now your admit card for UGC NET 2019 exam will be displayed on the screen, check once that admit card have correct details of yours.

Step 6 – Finally, you can print & save this admit card. You might also consider capturing a screenshot.

Details you can find in your UGC NET admit card-

·   Exam venue address details with the center number.
·   Your exam subject and subject code which was selected by you during application form filling.
·   Your name, father’s name, address details and e-mail id.
·   Your application number, date of examination and timing schedule.

What documents are required with the admit card:

·         Printed admit card.
·         One passport size photograph.
·         A government approved photo ID card.
·         PwD certificate in case of PwD category.

Important Notes:

1.       Duplicate admit card will not be issued in any case, so do not lost your admit card and preserve it in good conditions.
2.       If candidate’s applications are found to be incomplete or rejected due to any reason or do not fulfil the eligibility criteria, then NO admit card will be issued.


So, download your UGC NET admit cards carefully from the date of 15 May and give your exam with confidence. All the best!
